[🌎 One team, many skills] Keeping people connected across the globe, even when some teams are on vacations, that's one of the daily challenges the My Service Desk team takes on at MANITOU Group. Based in France, Marina Plédel, Service Desk Manager, leads the team supporting colleagues across Europe, while coordinating closely with the other Service Desk teams based in Italy, the US, and India to share tools, processes and knowledge across the group. Together, they keep things running smoothly through: 🔹 Nearly 45,000 requests and issues (tickets) handled in 2025 alone, with a steady drop in average resolution time, critical issues are always treated as the top priority 🔹 Extended coverage during the annual summer break of the French factories, supporting colleagues in countries like Spain, the UK or Belgium who are not on holiday at the same time 🔹 A growing group-wide approach: shared tools and knowledge across 791 different applications used throughout MANITOU Group 🗣️ "Being an internal Service Desk is a real strength: we know our work serves the same mission as everyone else in the group, wherever they are." #IT #support #teamwork 

🛠️ Every summer, at MANITOU Group, the maintenance teams take advantage of July and August, when production is paused, to carry out major operations that would be impossible during normal activity. Work that's often invisible, but essential, and that relies above all on the expertise and commitment of the maintenance teams across all the MANITOU Group’s sites, all over the world. 🔍 A few concrete examples: 📍 Ancenis (France) 🔸 Add a gate to reinforce the safety of a logistics robot when the workshop door is open 🔸 Set up a lifting table for quality control of parts arriving on site: one less repetitive motion, and a workstation set at the right height for the teams' comfort 🔸 Install a door with an integrated handle on the chassis welding line, for easy and safe access underneath the line Other preventive maintenance projects are also underway, such as on welding equipment and overhead cranes. 📍 Castelfranco (Italy) 🔸 New flooring and resin coating on an assembly line 🔸 Relocation of overhead cranes to optimize production flows 🔸 Resurfacing of floor markings Even in summer, our maintenance teams remain fully mobilized to ensure safety, quality and industrial performance all year round. 👏 A huge thank you and well done to everyone contributing to these operations across all MANITOU Group sites! #maintenance #performance #productivity

📈 MANITOU Group announced its financial results for the 2026 half-year. Driven by first-half momentum and a robust order book, the group is upgrading its full-year 2026 guidance. It now expects revenue growth between +6.5% and +8.0% (up from +5% previously) and a recurring operating margin between 5.3% and 5.6% (compared to initial guidance of 5.0%). 📆Last week, MANITOU Group, through its subsidiary Manitou en España, opened a new Manitou Center near #Madrid, in Talavera de la Reina—the group’s 32nd. What is a Manitou Center? It's a dealership integrated into the group that offers products and services associated with the Manitou and GEHL brands. 🎯The opening in Spain underscores the group’s ambition, through its LIFT 2030 roadmap, to continue expanding its network and to always be as close as possible to its customers.
