Create CF1 Site Ramps

POST/accounts/{account_id}/magic/cf1_sites/{cf1_site_id}/ramps

Creates ramps (network connections) for a CF1 Site.

Security

API Email + API Key

The previous authorization scheme for interacting with the Cloudflare API, used in conjunction with a Global API key.
