    donebear.com/download

Native app, works offline, needs iOS 26.2 or later.

    App Store

  • MCP server

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Codex read and change tasks.

Also a CLI, a Chrome extension, Raycast, Slack, a GraphQL API, and an agent skill.

Who builds Done Bear?

One person. I’m Matthew Blode, in Melbourne, and I started Done Bear in January 2026 because I liked Things 3 and could not share a list with anyone. The moment work involved a colleague on Windows, my list moved into a tracker built for sprints and status meetings, and the calm went with it.

There are no customer quotes on this page yet, because there are not yet customers to quote. What there is instead is a record you can check. More about why it exists.
