Update to 4.18.0 removed 127.0.0.1 host.docker.internal from hosts file on windows #13398

• I have tried with the latest version of Docker Desktop
• I have tried disabling enabled experimental features
• I have uploaded Diagnostics

Actual behavior

After the update to 4.18.0 the entry for 127.0.0.1 host.docker.internal was removed from my hosts file.

Expected behavior

The update should not remove this entry.
