Feature Request: Expose Notification Settings When Submitting a Check-in from Draft
Describe the feature
When a Check-in is saved as a Draft and later submitted, the "When to post this, notify" section should be explicitly visible and configurable at the point of submission — the same way it appears when submitting a Check-in directly without going through Draft first.
Problem
Currently, when submitting a Check-in from Draft state, the notification settings section ("When to post this, notify") is not shown. This leaves the author without visibility into who will be notified upon submission. While the system likely falls back to a default notification behaviour, this is not communicated to the user, creating uncertainty about who receives the notification and whether it matches their intent.
Proposed solution
When transitioning a Check-in from Draft to submitted, display the full notification settings section — identical to the one shown during a standard (non-draft) submission flow. This ensures:
- The author can explicitly review and confirm who will be notified before posting.
- The behaviour is consistent between the draft and non-draft submission paths.
- If a default is applied, it is shown transparently rather than silently.
