Describe the bug
It throws a lot of undefined array key after deleting an ip address.

Your Environment (please supply the following information):

• Dockerized version of phpIPAM, running phpipam/phpipam-www:1.8x instead of v1.8.1 because of Update to 1.8.0 - now no hosts shown in list #4592
• phpIPAM version: [v1.8.2] dbversion 46 git 66ca386
• Webserver: HAProxy in front of exposed Apache
• Database: MariaDB Server 12.3.2-MariaDB (not a container)

Steps To Reproduce
Please include steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to any ip address
2. Click on 'X' to delete such address
3. Confirm the deletion
4. See error
