The following sketch has naked edges when the second extrusion is exactly 20mm or point labeled P is constrained to the face of the first extrusion. If P is moved shorter or longer than the size of the box it works fine (assuming PR #1751 is applied). When P is coincident with the other vertex it fails and neither curved surface is present.
