PR Preview is 500 internal server erroring #44

I've seen this on two separate specs today:

• Add shortcuts feature to the explainer and spec w3c/manifest#768
• Spec rewrite: Update to new separate document/app API w3c/badging#57

💥 Error: 500 Internal Server Error 💥

PR Preview relies on a number of web services to run. There seems to be an issue with the following one:

rotating_light Spec Generator - Spec Generator is the web service used to build specs that rely on ReSpec.
