As mentioned in sub-issue #160 inline manifests would allow multiple versions of the sites to be integrity checked. The most recent manifest will be checked for any subsequently loaded resource. For example if a User loads a given site that enforces Integrity with a Manifest using Integrity-Policy and perhaps hours later the user does some navigation that causes the site to load assets from a newer version, the site should be able to inline a new manifest which would now be checked for any subsequently loaded resources.
