Adding ruff_python_parser library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add ruff_python_parser

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

ruff_python_parser = "0.0.9"

The ruff_python_parser library will be automatically available globally. Read the ruff_python_parser library documentation.
