But wait, I’m an expert in a different language

If you are an expert in a language we are not currently translating, you can request this translation in Transifex and help us to reach more customers in their native language.

Let’s Translate

We use Transifex to translate our projects. To start contributing with translations you require an account and request to join the team of GLPI Plugin Formcreator.

After you are accepted you can now go to the GLPI Plugin Formcreator organization where you’ll see all the projects listed to your left and a graphic with the statics of Source Strings translations

Under the graphic you can see all the languages in which the projects are being translated to, select the one you will translate, and click on View Projects.

All the projects under translation in the specified language will be displayed, you will also be able to see how many strings are required to translate. Select one of them

Select a file that needs translation.

Click on Translate.

You’ll see all the words in the file, you can filter them by selecting above the Untranslated

Select the word to translate, save changes and done.

Thank you for your contribution!

When a form contains several target tickets and a file upload field, the uploaded file was attached to all generated tickets.
Starting from the version 2.6.0 a document is attached to a generated ticket in two cases:

if the tag ##FULLFORM## is used

if the tag representing the file upload field is used.

When the tag of the answer itself is used, the description of the generated ticket contains a mention of an attached document.

Please take these changes into consideration to review forms containing a file upload field before production.

Upgrade from 1.x to 2.4.0 or later

After upgrade of FormCreator to version 2.4.0 or later, users may encounter display issues. This is due to major changes on CSS of the plugin. You may need to refresh the cache of your browser with Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5. If you plan to communicate about the new presentation of the plugin or the service catalog, introduce this simple manipulation to ensure all your users have a clean cache.

Upgrade to 2.6.0
