The platformOne platform underneath.

Identity, organizations, teams, permissions and billing are solved once and shared. A customer who adopts a second product keeps their org, their members and their access model — adoption is a switch, not a migration.

One identitySSO and directory sync. A person exists once across every product, not once per product.
One permission modelResource-based RBAC down to individual tools, with the same grant and request flow everywhere.
One billSeat and usage billing with customer-set spend caps. A second product lands on the same invoice.
One org structureOrganizations, teams and members carry across. Adding a product is a switch, not a migration.
The productsEight products, each its own brand.

Named for what the Romans built or carried. Each sells on its own terms; none requires the others. Four are open source.

StatioA guarded checkpointGoverned MCP access for AI agents. Per-tool policies, vaulted credentials, full audit.
DenariusThe coinInstitutional-grade portfolio analytics, on a filings pipeline built from SEC data.

PilumThe javelin · open sourceOne config, one CLI, every cloud. Deploys the whole portfolio.
ScutaThe shields · open sourceCLI installer that fails closed. Nothing lands without a verified checksum.
CapsaThe scroll case · open sourceSelf-hosted documentation. MDX, command palette, OpenAPI reference, free to host.
VigilThe night watch · open sourceWatches your connection and turns outages into evidence you can send an ISP.

About

I'm Dan. Staff engineer, ten years in. A portfolio this size from one person is a fair thing to be skeptical about — the answer is that I've built most of it before, at companies where it had to hold.

The Roman naming is real — Classical Antiquities minor at Trinity College. Every product is named after something a legionary carried or a Roman engineer built.

Why eight products instead of one?
Is this a company or a side project?
What happens if you stop working on this?
Why the Roman names?
