Florian Salzmann is a Microsoft MVP and Leading Expert at UMB, based in Switzerland. He focuses on modern endpoint management, security, and automation across Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, and the Microsoft Security stack.

He helps organizations fix real-world gaps that cannot be solved through the portal alone. From PowerShell-driven Intune automation and third-party patching to building scalable solutions using Microsoft Graph and custom workflows. A key part of his work is making Intune do things Microsoft hasn’t built yet.

Florian is a regular speaker at international conferences such as MEM Summit Paris, NIC Summit Oslo, and multiple Workplace Ninja events. His sessions are highly technical, demo-driven, and focused on real-world scenarios that attendees can apply immediately, including limitations, pitfalls, and things that don’t work as expected.
