One thing became really clear after a week across Europe with our customers, partners and teams in Munich and Paris at Zendesk Showcase: The conversations around AI have matured. Despite temperatures pushing well above 30°C ☀️, the discussions weren't about hype or chasing the latest trend. They were refreshingly practical. Across EMEA, leaders are asking better questions. Not "Where can we use AI?" but "Which business problem is worth solving first?" Whether it's helping service teams resolve issues faster, giving agents better context, or creating more seamless customer experiences, the focus is on measurable outcomes, not AI for AI's sake. That pragmatism is one of the things I appreciate most about working with customers across this region. Healthy skepticism isn't slowing innovation, it's making it better. It's leading to more thoughtful decisions, clearer priorities, and ultimately, greater business value. Just as energizing was spending time with our own Zendesk teams. From strategy sessions to hearing how different markets are sharing best practices and learning from one another, it's exciting to see how far we've come together, and even more exciting to see what's ahead. And yes...there was also time to enjoy a well-earned beer with the team. 🍺 (Sometimes the best ideas don't happen in a meeting room.) A huge thank you to everyone who made this week possible, especially our amazing Zendesk teams across EMEA. Proud of what we're building together.
