Days of coordination for big company events? Try hours. ⏱️
Chief Product & AI Officer Tamar Yehoshua joined Casey Newton on the Platformer podcast to explain how non-technical teams are using Rovo to streamline admin work and move faster.
The takeaway: If your AI doesn't have context, it’s just a chatbot. If it does, it’s a teammate.

There’s a lot of discussion right now about what AI can do. This conversation gets into something just as important: context.
It was fun bringing together Tamar Yehoshua , Casey Newton , and the Platformer team for this discussion.
Give it a watch.

Delivery reporting broke a client engagement quietly, for about six weeks, before anyone noticed.
We had a government-adjacent infrastructure project running. Weekly status reports were going out, green across the board. Milestone tracker updated, hours logged, rhythm intact. The client's steering committee was satisfied. Our internal lead felt on top of it.
What no one caught: three of the five deliverables in the second phase had hard dependencies on an approval from the client's legal team that hadn't moved in five weeks. The engineers were busy, the reports looked healthy, and the actual work had quietly shifted to backfill tasks with no bearing on the deadline.
We only found it because the client's procurement head joined a call unplanned and asked a specific question about phase two sign-off. Thirty seconds into the answer, it was obvious we were six weeks behind on the thing that mattered.
What broke was the reporting framework itself. Status was being measured at the task level, not at the dependency level. Green on tasks, red on the path. Two different things, and we had built the whole cadence around the wrong one.
We rebuilt the weekly tracker to surface blockers and their owners first, deliverable health second, task progress last. Simple reorder. The next three engagements ran cleaner for it.
Track dependencies, not just tasks. The status of the work and the status of what the work needs to move are almost never the same number.

"An insight you have to act on yourself isn't help. It's homework."
Our VP of Growth & GTM Ops, Lolita Trachtengerts, joined Tana Jackson on RevOps Unboxed — and made the case we've been making since day one:
Stop buying AI that hands you a dashboard and walks away. Start buying AI that takes the work off your plate.
A few things she got into:
→ Why the most overrated category in AI right now is summaries and insights
→ The copilot-to-autopilot shift, and the ChatGPT-vs-Claude analogy that finally makes it click
→ How to run multiple agents without building a new Frankenstack
→ Three moves any RevOps leader can make this week to actually put AI to work
And the line we won't argue with: your pipeline is a lie.
The full episode is live now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. We also unpacked the highlights in our newsroom — https://wix.to/bcmDqkg.
One question to leave you with: what's a tool in your stack that floods you with insights but never does anything with them.

This was such an interesting conversation. So many great nuggets were shared.
People often say AI is coming for jobs, but I prefer to focus on the opportunities it helps us unlock.
Even with a developer background, I don’t think I would have had the bandwidth to build five apps in such a short period of time. AI-assisted coding made that possible.
AI is a tool. Like any tool, its impact depends on how we choose to use it.
While many people focus on using AI to replace, I choose to use it to create, learn, build, and expand what’s possible.
The real advantage isn’t just saving time, it’s gaining leverage to turn ideas into reality faster than ever before.
Thanks Tosin Oguzie!
I help non-techie female founders build an AI team that runs the business while they lead it | Speaker | Human-First AI Strategist | AI tools, agents & automation without the tech overwhelm
She shipped 5 AI apps with a number in the pipeline. With toddlers. While working full time.
That was just the opener.
Stephanie Nyarko PMP, CSPO, ACP joined me on the podcast this week and said something I haven't stopped thinking about:
You're paying for something one way or the other your time or your money. Build a system and you don't have to choose.
We talked about why the barrier to AI is no longer technical. It's imaginative. And what it actually looks like to build a business that runs without you in every single part of it.
