Uber Driver Feedback: You need to allow communication with all customers on a batch trip at all times! Such as 2 Uber Eats orders. Once I swipe to pick up the first one, I can no longer communicate with the first one until I am delivering it to that person. What if he tries to communicate with me. I cannot respond It looks rude! Vice versa. Also, allowing communication for a time after delivery complete would be great. In case there are issues, we can simply chat in the app instead of going through support or getting a thumbs down rating. Other apps allow this. #2 your GPS navigation does not preemptively estimate where I will be like Google maps does. So it is always delayed so turns are always instructed way too late! Wayy to late. #3. Leaving trip requests on after swiping that we have received the food there is a problem. Trip requests are far too broad, as in the cloud sphere is really wide. Immediately after finishing the trip, it is much narrower. In other words, you are giving us garbage requests all throughout the drive to there and during the process of finishing the trip every time. It does this after swiping picked up. Who thought this was a good idea? #4. You need to let us drivers know if a trip is Priority mode
