Represents the details of the information verification initiated for an object. This object is available in API version 62.0 and later.

ApplicationFormRelationId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Record ID of the application form relation. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name ApplicationFormRelation Refers To ApplicationFormRelation
Comments	Type textarea Properties Create, Nillable, Update Description The evaluator's comments to the evaluation.
Date	Type date Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The date when the evaluation was performed.
Decision	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Specifies the decision of the evaluation. Picklist values for this field aren't predefined. Before you create a record, ensure that your Salesforce admin has defined picklist values according to your organization’s requirement.
EvaluatorId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The user or group who evaluated the application form. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name Evaluator Refers To User
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.
Name	Type string Properties Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort Description The name of the application form evaluation record.
OwnerId	Type reference Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The ID of the record owner. This field is a polymorphic relationship field. Relationship Name Owner Refers To Group, User
