This module aim to provide an advanced way to parse tex files. Providing control over the tex Commands and environment (modifying commands / environments .. )

I am not a programming guru nor a python3 guru so please be aware that this module not pretend to be the absolute way to do and neither this modules pretend to be flawless. That in mind i would be glad if you could help improve it.
