* add headers required for compiling form GCC13 onwards * disable -Warray-bounds and -Wstringop-overflow for specific sources as they're false positive from GCC13 onwards * add reference for disabling warning check * disable -Warray-bounds and -Wstringop-overflow for all sources if we're on GCC >= 13 * fix message on disabling array-bounds & string-op-overflow
