Android installation:

1. create directory /sdcard/sl4a/scripts/d4c

2. copy following files to the new directory /sdcard/sl4a/scripts/d4c

	config.py
	jquery-1.9.1.min.js
	jquery.browser.min.js
	jquery.dragscroll.css
	jquery.dragscroll.js
	jquery.mousewheel.js
	sql2json.py
	sql2json.pyc
	webserver.py
	webui.css
	webui.html
	webui.js

3. install SQLite databases asetup and modbus_channels to the same directory
   or change values in config.py

4. connect webserver to the http://127.0.0.1:8080/ or real IP
