The UnSponsored Chrome Extension removes sponsored search results from Google Search.
- Download the extension files from the GitHub repository.
- Unzip the downloaded folder.
- Open Google Chrome.
- Go to
chrome://extensions/. - Enable Developer mode in the top right corner.
- Click on Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
Once installed, perform a Google Search, and sponsored results will be hidden automatically. Open the Dev menu and check console to see how many links where hidden.
