What's this PR do?
This PR introduces a brainery note for question trees. This is taken 1 for 1 from our research group notes at Software modeling and architecture. There isn't a standardized name for this style of note-taking and research writing, as it is a derivative of an approach to decision trees, but used to ask questions and outline potential answers or approaches.
