  - Use useSCMConnections hook instead of useSCMIntegrationsApi for robust data transformation
  - Add useHasModule check to show clear message when SCM module is not enabled
  - Update dialogs to support both Integration and SCMConnection types
  - Fix field names to use camelCase (baseUrl, scmOrganization, repositoryCount)
