Removed all SQL filtering syntax, added Person & Place

* Lack of numerical comparator support and data transforms make it
    incredibly challenging to build in first class SQL support for
    WHERE clauses. For this reason, all filtering shall flow
    through DQL instead.
* The lightened scope makes it a lot easier to add Article and Place
    types as well.
