Enable the new faster build provided by rspack.
The build is now 2 or 3 times faster than when using docusaurus 3.5.2 version with webpack.
Do not use the rsdoctor plugin for now. There is no need for a deeper analysis, as the build is faster than in the past.

Also bump react and other dependencies.

Walkthrough

The changes in this pull request involve updates to the Docusaurus configuration and dependency management for the @maxgraph/docs project. A new future property is added to the docusaurus.config.ts file, enabling an experimental faster build option. Additionally, the package.json file is modified to update several dependencies to version 3.6.0, including core Docusaurus packages and related libraries, as well as the introduction of a new dependency, @docusaurus/faster.

Changes

File Path Change Summary
packages/website/docusaurus.config.ts Added future: { experimental_faster: true } to the configuration object.
packages/website/package.json Updated dependencies: @docusaurus/core (3.5.2 to 3.6.0), @docusaurus/faster (new), @docusaurus/preset-classic (3.5.2 to 3.6.0), @mdx-js/react (^3.0.1 to ^3.1.0), prism-react-renderer (^2.3.1 to ^2.4.0), and several Docusaurus devDependencies (all from 3.5.2 to 3.6.0).
