I am Prof. Moisés Souto, Professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN), Founder and General Coordinator of the CCSL-IFRN (Center of Competence in Open Solutions) and a Ph.D. candidate in Engineering and Management of Space Systems at the National Institute for Space Research (INPE), Brazil.
My work integrates Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Satellite Ground Systems, Open Technologies, Embedded Systems, Digital Transformation and Innovation Management, always seeking to bridge academic research with real-world technological impact.
My current doctoral research investigates data-driven Verification & Validation methodologies for Multi-Mission Satellite Ground Stations using Computational Intelligence, aiming to improve reliability, automation and operational efficiency of space mission infrastructures.
