Conda started trwoing exceptions this morning and I wanted to see if any other builds were failing. I thought the ones here had passes (from the travis badge), but that bagde has not been running for 21 days. This PR swaps that badge to the GA one

Current failures seem to be with the omnia conda channel; I think the problem is on the anaconda.org end, but it is specific to omnia (other channels still work.)
