Eight months is excessive. ask for an escalation first, and confirm whether enterprise support would actually handle an existing ticket before paying for it. |

GitHub Premium and Enterprise Support tiers are structured as specialized annual add-ons or tied directly to an enterprise contract agreement. They cannot be bought à la carte or on an isolated, short-term basis for personal accounts. I have a support ticket (#4023645) I've been waiting for a reply on for eight (!) months.
I'm interested in purchasing enterprise support to get an answer. Willing to spend a couple hundred bucks to get a reply. Has anyone done this?
