Tutorial for MDAnalysis.

You can get all tutorial files by cloning this repository:
git clone https://github.com/MDAnalysis/MDAnalysisTutorial.git cd MDAnalysisTutorial
The sub-directory vm contains instructions how to install a
vagrant virtual machine with a fully functioning MDAnalysis
installation.
Most of the tutorial also exists in an Jupyter notebook under notebooks/MDAnalysisTutorial.ipynb. The notebook can be viewed as MDAnalysisTutorial.ipynb through the nbviewer.
