This release changes the way the PN is generated.

This is a bugfix release for people still using SimpleSAMLphp's 1.19.x.

• bugfix (#1) to make behaviour match documentation
• various changes to better fit in with SimpleSAMLphp
• composer syntax error

This is the first release out of simplesamlphp/simplesamlphp-module-fticks and exists simply to bump the version number. There are no changes since v1.1.1
