This pull request updates the version specification for the
torchvisiondependency in both theextractor-api-libanddocument-extractorprojects. The change allows for greater flexibility in the acceptedtorchvisionversions, making it easier to receive compatible bug fixes and minor updates.Dependency versioning improvements:
