Thanks! Generally looks good except I'm not convinced that the spec changes are trivial as suggested here. Also made a thought on whether expanding the fetches to all except client md would improve the use case for offline use...

I know we are still iterating on how to do the spec changes but I think this is good enough to merge, we can iterate on the proposal as we go along. |
