Feature allows Identity Providers (IDPs) to declare a Service Worker in their FedCM
config.jsonthat intercepts credentialed FedCM requests (accounts, id_assertion, disconnect). The Service Worker receives a dedicatedIdentityRequestEvent— distinct fromFetchEvent— providing a purpose-built, secure interception mechanism for federated identity flows.
