The Apple Technical Partner programme is designed for a wide range of IT and managed service providers. As an Apple Technical Partner, your company must demonstrate Apple knowledge and meet training requirements. You’ll also need to maintain a website, promote your Apple capabilities and actively support small and medium-sized businesses.
The Apple Technical Partner programme is designed for technology professionals and IT service providers who support Apple devices in small and medium-sized businesses. Whereas other programmes authorise resale or repair, this programme focuses on technical services. The programme equips partners to build comprehensive Apple service capabilities to better serve their clients.
The onboarding experience is straightforward, and timing varies depending on your teams' existing Apple knowledge. Some partners are fully onboarded within a week of approval and signed contract. Others may take longer to complete Apple and third-party training.
There is no membership fee to become an Apple Technical Partner. Your primary investment is the time that your team takes to complete their training through the Apple Professional Academy and to earn their Apple certifications. Your team is expected to maintain the skills and participation level that Apple requires.
