1. Provider & Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of threejsresources.com ("the Website", "the Service"), operated by:

By accessing or using any part of this Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, purchasers, and content contributors. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
2. Description of Services
Three.js Resources provides:
- Tool Directory: A curated, searchable directory of Three.js, WebGL, WebGPU, and related libraries and tools.
- Marketplace: A platform to purchase digital products including code boilerplates, templates, and assets created by third-party creators.
- Courses: Educational video and interactive content for learning Three.js, WebGPU, and the Three.js Shading Language (TSL).
- Community Features: Showcase submissions, blogs, and creator profiles.
- Free Tools: Browser-based utilities such as the 3D viewer and logo generator.
3. User Accounts
Certain features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@threejsresources.com.
You agree not to create accounts using automated means, impersonate another person, or provide false information during registration.
4. Marketplace — Digital Products
4.1 Nature of products
Marketplace products are digital goods (downloadable code, templates, assets). They are not physical items and are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation.
4.2 Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details. Prices are shown in USD or EUR and are inclusive of any applicable charges. As a Kleinunternehmer under § 19 UStG, no German VAT is charged on our sales.
4.3 No refund policy
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available to you and where you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right at the time of purchase. By completing checkout you confirm this consent.
Please review product descriptions, previews, and any available demos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product prior to purchase, contact us at hello@threejsresources.com.
4.4 Licence for purchased products
Upon successful payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the purchased product in your own projects (commercial or non-commercial) unless the product page specifies otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or make the product available as a standalone download to third parties.
5. Courses
Course access is granted to your registered account upon payment. Access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share your login or course content with others. We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse is detected.
Course content is provided for educational purposes. We aim to keep content up to date but cannot guarantee that all information reflects the latest library versions at all times.
The withdrawal and refund terms in Section 4.3 apply equally to course purchases.
6. User-Submitted Content
By submitting tools, showcase projects, blog posts, or other content to the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, is not defamatory, and does not violate applicable laws.
Public attribution: By submitting content you agree that your name (as provided in your account profile) will be displayed publicly on the Website as the author or contributor of that content. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email to hello@threejsresources.com requesting removal or anonymisation of your name. We will action such requests within a reasonable time.
We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our sole discretion, without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content on this Website — including editorial articles, design, branding, and code — is owned by Peter Csipkay and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute it without prior written consent.
Third-party tools, libraries, and products listed in the directory or marketplace remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Website by automated means without our written consent.
- Upload or transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Circumvent any security or access-control measures.
9. Availability & Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that tool directory listings are complete, up-to-date, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peter Csipkay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or course.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, which cannot be overridden by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict those statutory rights.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Munich (München), Germany shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
